Rated:25.07.2007
Bottle brown, 500 ml, extract of wort 10,0%
Appearance: Body is straw like pee but shining, clear, transparent and cristal, initial head is average, frothy, white in colour with fair lacing. In terms of longevity head is diminishing or decreasing to a small hur. Getting beck to the body it is sparkling with medium intensity what keep up a white crown on the body.
Aroma: Floral, fruity, apple, white wine grapes, a hint of chalk, hoppy nose, hidden maltiness at the background, a bit bisquity, a hint of milk, some hints of mineral nose.
Flavour: Front is wattery than as you keep the beer in your mouth you can feel hops- 1. bitterness on palate, 2. floral nose. On the tongue only a micro hint of malts, no sweetness at all, a bit grainy, bready but again watered. Beeris of very good quality, very good water and watery beer on positive side. The great choice and alternative to all weak Premium and Pale Lagers than you can enjoy and cherish if you are thirsty in a hot day, citrusy, bisquity, a hint of grapefruit. Finish duration is short.
Palate: Body is light to medium, texture is wattery and a bit oily, carbonation on palate is very soft, finish is a bit bitter and apart from this nonexistant. Palate for 10% of extract beer is not point to be strong at.
