Draft at the brewery. Murky golden orange colored body with a small white head containing medium-to-large sized bubbles. Fruity, estery alcohol nose. Crisp and frothy and sweet up front, heavy on the wheat and yeast esters. Excellent beer.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a hazy ocher-gold with an off white head. The aroma was very strong banana and wheat. The flavor was very strong banana and very strong bubblegum with a sweet malty undertone. The finish was insanely long lasting banana and bubblegum. Excellent and quite interesting.

Sweet estery notes, caramel, apple and neutral fruits. Light hops, and wheat beer aroma. Dark amber cloudy with thin off-white head. Heavy watery body with medium carbonation. Starts sweet and wheaty with fruity sweet esters. Mild alcohol warming. Sweet finish with mild bitterness. A nice weizenbock, not too heavy on the alcohol.
2006. Improved taste and appearance. Nice malty sweetness with floral herbal bitter hops at the finish. Warm deep amber, hazy.
2009. Less alcohol, around 6.1%. Nice banana sweetness, rich and malty with great balance.

Draught @ the Brewery: This one pours a somewhat hazy amber color. There was an off-white head with a bit of lacing. The aroma was malty sweet. Hints of what and fruit also. The taste is along the same lines, but mith more body than the aroma would suggest. A decent brew!
