The aroma is donimated by bananas, as if someone unpeeled a banana and mashed it into the glass. This, combined with the barley and wheat, make for a pleasant banana bread flavor with citrus and clove undertones. Good beer. wrecktem (37), USA

My boy and I were sitting in a pub in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and decided to sample a local NC micro on draught. This was one of the most acidic beers I’d ever put to my lips, and once I swallowed, the thick aftertaste was so heavily bitter that I literally had to breathe deeply in order to choke it down, in the manner in which many people drink hard liquor as they are reaching their limit. Somehow I managed the rest of the pint, and have not touched a drop of this brew since. 00cobraR (1098), Greensboro, North Carolina, USA
