Commercial Description:
Only true hop-heads apply! Our I.P.A. is copper colored and big in hop bitterness, flavor and aroma, using an enormous amount of Northern Brewer and Cascade hops to create a very refreshing ale.

Bottle: Pours a clear deep golden color with a full off-white head with nice lacing. Fresh green pine and spruce hoppy bitter aroma has some floral orange citrus notes. Body starts toasty and gritty sweet turning more bitter, highly-carbonated, and dry toward a heavily bittering hoppy finish. A decent IPA.

12oz bottle. Almost opaque amber color. Almost looks like an unfiltered beer. Head is thick and white. The aroma has fruit and hops. Lots of hop flavor. Very nice IPA.

Rich, brown amber pour with thich, fluffy, rocky head. Sweet pineapple aroma with some grass. Rich and malty, this beer has quite the underlying sweetness. Fairly hoppy with the usual citric components. Some metal detracts, but a nice brew. Thanks Blackie!

Dark amber color, some floaties in it unfortunately, with a lacing, white head. Aroma is intense, hardwater citrus and grapefruit pith. Hardwater dominates the profile, something I usually do not like but it works well for this beer. Citrus, sulphur, a piquant bitterness, and strong, grapefruit rind oil and a strong, long acidity make for a solid, IPA palate.

Bottle-This brew had hops all over it, the aroma, the taste and the feel. The head was froathy and medium to large. The color was copper. The most amazing thing was the lacing, copious amounts were all over the glass. The finish was a bit more bitter than I like, but I still enjoyed the entire drink.

Bottle shared at the First Annual Florida Ratebeer Gathering. These ratings were taken from one day of about 60 different tastings all were good and all have blended together but I know I thoroughly enjoyed every one of them and none were bad.

I have really enjoyed this first glass. I’m a big fan of IPAs and I feel this is one to remember. The aroma is strong which I feel is good in an IPA. The mouthfeel is great and taste is wonderful. The beer is full of a wonderful hop bouquet. The beer had a nice head to it and the bitterness is great! Just like the label says this is a "Damn Good Beer."

Humongous head over four inches!! Frothy pillowy suds that last and last. Golden orange light color. Piney citrus nose. Sweet pineapple palate. Not a bitter as other IPAs. Very round on the hops and this one is the center of a Red Grapefruit. Most IPAs I have had are like the rind of the grapefruit in terms of the bitterness. This is far sweeter thus the nectar in the grapefruit. From a friend on beer travels. As far as IPAs go this is soft compared to Double IPAs in terms of bitterness. So if you want to try IPAs and never have had them before and don’t like a lot of bitterness then I highly recommend this beer. I personally like a little bitterness or rind in my IPAs.
