Commercial Description:
Only true hop-heads apply! Our I.P.A. is copper colored and big in hop bitterness, flavor and aroma, using an enormous amount of Northern Brewer and Cascade hops to create a very refreshing ale.

The aroma is of hops and grass. The color is dark orange and it has a fine lazing head. The flavor is sweet aroma hoppy as well as bitter with notes of grass and oil. A lovely beer.

opaque orange, sweet grapefruit aroma, lots of citrus grapefruit flavor with a sweetness that’s like sugar on your morning grapefruit, nice long low bitter finish, does not hold up to the bottom of the glass

ditto, holds up better but looses the citrus and becomes a great sweet and bitter ipa

sweet soapy carmel malt aroma, muted hop flavor, good carmel sweetness, must be an aged sample

turns into a nice bitter pale ale, looses the citrus and even most of the sweetness,

clear copper, fine white head, solid lace, sweet citrus aroma, creamy body, rich hop flavor followed by tons of bitterness, enough caramel sweetness to provide a bit of a backbone but it’s all about the hops, best sample yet but still needs more hop flavor than the bitterness

Dull copper colour. Big earthy hop aroma with lots of caramelly malts. Earthy, hoppy flavour, moderate bitterness, with hints of caramel.

(12oz bottle) Lightly hazed copper body topped by a big off-white head. Aroma is moderately sweet, floral, grapefruit, peach, some caramel. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, orange, floral, some peach, faint lime. Pretty solid bite. Smooth medium body with some resin. Could stand for a bit of rounding, but still, this is a pleasant beer.

12oz bottle acquired in a trade with BigErn (thanks!). Poured a medium and cloudy amber color with a larger sized off white head. Aromas of earth, floral / fresh green hoppiness, and faint caramel peaking its way through in the background. Tastes of caramel, citrus, and some floralness. Body a tad on the thin side.

Bottle: Pours a clear deep golden color with a full off-white head with nice lacing. Fresh green pine and spruce hoppy bitter aroma has some floral orange citrus notes. Body starts toasty and gritty sweet turning more bitter, highly-carbonated, and dry toward a heavily bittering hoppy finish. A decent IPA.

Draft... Hazy, apricot ale with a small, creamy, white head. Great retention. Malty, floral aroma. Heavily bitter flavor... grapefruit rind, plastic and toffee. Medium-bodied and oily with moderate carbonation. Finishes bitter as hell. Surprisingly good.
