Very sweet. Maybe too sweet. Lots of caramel, no hops, some more sugary malt flavors over power this one. They didn’t have a season due to the cost of hops, I’m wondering if they took out all hops in here because I tasted none. Lots of apple flavor.

Jun 12, 2007 on tap-pours a thin off white head and copper color. Aroma is faint sweet. Taste is medium malt, sweet, hops bite. OK carbonation.

Apr 24, 2007 Sampled at the brewpub; copper colored and still, this is a well-balanaced flavorless brew. Lightly bittered maybe, but not much here overall. Among the shallowest beers I tried here. (#2804, 4/21/2007)

Nov 19, 2006 Not a bad ale, but not very exciting either. A tad sweet, tasting of barley and malted notes. A boquet primarily of caramelzed malt. A decent, easily drinkable brew.
