IT looks, feels, and tastes like a lighte beer with a little more flavor. Mainly slightly more bitter and grassy. The first of many nondescript beers.

Jun 12, 2007 on tap-pours a disappearing white head and pale yellow color with effervescence. Aroma is sweet grain. Taste is sweet grain, faint hops. Crisp light body beer. OK carbonation.

Apr 24, 2007 Sampled at the brewpub, this is light yellow and quite bubbly, yet there’s no head. There’s little aroma, maye a little corn starch. The lavor is lightly malty and sweet, butnot too biscuity and without any starches. Pretty good Koelsch-style brew. (#2802, 4/21/07)

Jan 30, 2007 Draught. Yes, this is obviously brewed to be consumed by the BMC fans. There are token corn, paper notes. It’s not overly light and pretty crisp. Decent for what it is.
