Faint noble hops, floral and citrusy, with a touch of base malt. Not offensive. Pretty much peepee coloured with a lasting, white flanel blanket on top. Weak and watery with no offensive character, but also nothing else really. Nice worty aftertaste. Light body, medium carbonation, slighty tangy finish. Surprisingly quite quaffable. larsga (2480), Oslo, Norway Oct 14, 2008 Medium offwhite head. Yellow body with carbonation. Thin rubbery grain and corn aroma. Dry-acidic papery rubbery grainy taste with straw notes. Fizzy, oily mouthfeel, kind of full. Surprisingly clean palate. Dry grassy burnt rubber aftertaste. Unpleasant. (0.5l PET bottle, Aldi Markt, Leipzig.) MoritzF (4046), Ruhrpott, Germany Oct 12, 2008 (plastic bottle) Clear, pale golden colour, mid-sized foamy white head. Discreet aroma: sweet and quite perfumed (bubblegum) malty nose. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy carbonation. Soft malt-character, not annoying, just plain; moderately dry and slightly bitter finish with a faint hoppy touch. Drinkable but also dispensable brew (29.IX.08). MiP (6732), Flensburg, Germany Jul 21, 2008 Plastic bottle, 4.9%. Clear golden colour, not as pale as many other cheap lagers. The flavour starts out quite grainy. Slightly sour. Not much bitterness. Papsoe (11421), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 31, 2008 (Plastic bottle 50 cl) Clear golden with a small, white head. Unclean malty aroma. Medium body, malt and sulphur and a somewhat crude bitterness. Reads cheap all over. 290308
