Commercial Description:
Brewed from soft water, pale malts and bittered with fine Saaz hops, this is an excellent example of a traditional Czech Pilsener style. Lagered for 8 weeks at near freezing temperatures the result is crisp and clean with a delicate hop bouquet.

Bottle, Perth, WA Looks soon to retire this beer, as the local brewery winds up. crisp and with a real hop aroma and faint flavour, far better than most other Aussie full strengh lagers, unfortunalty totally forgotten by both fosters and the public.

Moderate, unremarkable Australian pilsener. Pale gold colour, lasting short head. Some apples in a generally dry hoppy aroma. Creamy mouthfeel, bit of fruit on the tongue and a light bitter finish. (Bottle)

9 June 2003 - Straw golden colour, with low’ish head that retains. Lovely complex floral bouquet. Slight honey and hop flavour. Lasting palate with a nice light but not thin finish.

Light gold with a small white shortish lasting head. Sappy n’ woody hops. Mildly bitter and tangy(?)

This beer is hard to find..especially fresh. When I have had a chance to give it a go it delivers a great pilsener taste. A clean well put together beer. Nice aroma with a balanced finish.
