Wow, I can’t believe I neglected to rate this for so long! This was the brew of choice to bring back from our holiday in Broomw while living in WA. Anyway... this poured a very pale golden-beige, hazy, with tiny colloidal particles of ginger. Fizzy, very short-lived head. Nose-tingling ginger aroma. Champagne-like effervescent carbonation, sweet with a HUGE ginger-spice palate with medium spicy heat. Probably the most authentic ginger beer I’ve had to this day.
