Piss water appearance with short foam, and few bubbles. I’ll give it extra points for being a classic beer resurrected, but its "absolutely chemical tasting swill". Drew (2410), Kent, Ohio, USA

It’s basically a light lager with not too much of an adjunct presence, well carbonated, a very little bit of hop dryness at the end. joehribar@hhsgov (2), Alexandria, Virginia, USA does not count | 5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 5/5 | 10/10 | 5/5 | 20/20 | Jun 14, 2005 Great beer., great taste not bloating I wish I could find it in northern VA. Transparent apple juice color with a small quickly dissipating false white head. Start is kind of sweet turning sour and metallic to finish. A strange bitterness lingers....Pretty rough stuff... The new version of this beer is rather smooth and creamy and the "headache in every beer" is gone! scooter122983 (17), West Des Moines, Iowa, USA

I hope that other beers from New York arent influenced by this brew. GirlyBeer (183), Biddeford, Maine, USA
