Commercial Description:
The Hop Goddess hits full force in flavor with 5 American hop varities mated to a dry, slightly caramel malt profile very reminiscent of what you will find on the west coast. Loads of hop aroma, a respectible ABV at 8.25%, and our slightly fruity house yeast round out this bold IIPA. 100+ IBUs

Pours brown / amber with an off-white head. The aroma has grapefruit and piny hops that are quite strong as well as some floral traits. There is also a hefty caramel malt. Medium / full body that is quite slick with mild sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with grapefruit, green onions and thick malt. While there is big maltiness it’s very hop forward and seems chewy with both the hops and malt. The finish is dry, piny, spicy and pine cone-like. Very nice.
