Maui Brewing Hefeweizen

The six beers I had here all had a house character of a very smooth, creamy palate that works in some beers an not iin others. It works pretty well in this one. Good body and wheat character. refreshing.

Rated in Mau`i during my honeymoon! Hazy, light orange in color. Decent head with nice lacing and retention. Peppery banana aroma is rather light. Cloves and banana in flavor. Moderate-to-heavy carbonation balance works for this particular brew. Overall, slightly better than average hefe.
