Commercial Description:
We celebrate each autumn with our Bavarian-style beer fest. This seasonal goes down fast as the attraction to a rich, smooth, malty lager is truly worldwide--our brewer refers to it as a symphony of malt ending with a clean lager finish.

Enjoyed this on tap at the Maui Brewing Company facility in Kapalua in August 2007. Orange color, not overly hoppy or malty. Smooth, refreshing beer, but certainly not the strongest or most distinctive Oktoberfest I’ve ever had.

On tap at the Maui Brewing Company Brew Pub. Poured a medium amberish color with a small sized off white head. Aromas and tastes of caramel, a little bready, light toffee, and grains.

On tap at Maui Brewing, this is a solid Ofest, nothing fancy, but a nice dark orange color with malt flavors.

GABF 2004. We spent our honeymoon in Maui and visited the Fish & Game brewpub during our stay. I was happy to see the Fish & Game people at GABF and chatted with them awhile, reminiscing about our stay on the magical isle. Yellowish amber in color, clear, with a large, creamy and frothy off-white head. Excellent head retention. Cereal grains and toffee aroma accompanied by grassy hops. Moderatly bitter flavor. Full bodied, slightly oily, with soft carbonation. Rather good.
