Commercial Description:
Cask; Seasonal - produced for St Georges Day in April. Previously 4.3%.
This beer is brewed with 100% Maris Otter malted barley, 100% traditional Goldings and is dry hopped to give it a dominant fruity flavour that is complimented with a soft malt finish.

Cask Stillage at the Ship & Mitre, Liverpool 21/04/2006 Slightly fruity aroma. Copper coloured with some sour fruit flavour. Slightly bitter and dry on the palate with a full malt finish.

Cask gravity at The George, Bethersden. Copper colour with off white head. Well balanced aroma of earthy hop and caramel malt. Reasonably juicy in mouth with a good hoppy finish that errs on the earthy citrus side. Good balance of flavours

Gravity At The East Anglian Beer Festival.Chestnut in colour,small head,nice malt,quite dry,an ok session bitter.
