Cask, gravity, at 7th Devonshire Arms Beer Festival, Bedford. Dark gold with a malt aroma. Sweet malty taste with a mid bitter finish. Bit too much fizz, I thought.

Cask at The White Horse, Harborne, Birmingham. Slightly cloudy amber with a short head. A lovely flowery citrus scent, mainly of tangerine. Decently bitter with a dry end. Grapefruit and oranges in the mouth, with a hint of the honey (but not as much as I expected). Really quite good.

Cask at paisley beer fest. Alround rating: Standard golden bitter, honey and grassy hay hop. Decent but lacks character.

Bottle. Quite sour aroma, kinda like gueuze or something, but not as pleasant. Palate does show some of this ourness, but it has a sugary honey flavour, which i was expecting. Quite dry, with some slight yeastyness and quite carbonated as well.

Cask conditioned - handpump - The Globe Northampton. A copper coloured beer with a white head and lacing. The aroma is sweet and honeyed. Not overly sweet like a lot of beers with honey in. The taste is quite smooth and the honey sweetness comes through. Decent.
