Thin, white head over an amber coloured body. Blast of orange fruits to the nose. Modest taste of earthy hop resin with a spicy touch. Creamy smooth in the mouth. Average drinkability for the style [St Andrews, 08.11.2008]. downender (1785), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England Oct 31, 2008 On gravity at Swindon BF 30/10/08. Aroma is hops, fruits, nectar and some mild hints of glue and wood. Flavour is leathery, malty, fruity and also has some grassy hops in the finish. harrisoni (5605), Ashford, Kent, England Aug 20, 2008 Cask at GBBF 08. Gold, bit of a haze. thin off white head. Bit rubbery, may be not 100% ready, but the real beer is there somewhere. Shame as I like this brewery. Not quite settled. Rubber isn’t great up front. Shame. Will re-rate.
