Commercial Description:
This Imperial IPA is big and malty, with a good bitterness, a big malt backbone, and a large floral punch.

Soooo hoppy. I wish I had some right now. Tastes a little like pine trees, but its not overpowering at all. UnfortIunately, I didn’t have a pen with me at Holiday Ale Fest 2007, so I wasn’t able to take notes.

Enjoyed at Holiday Ale Festival media tasting --Poured a deep mahogany-amber body with a fluffy whitish top. Great sticky mouth feel. Hoppy as sin. Piny, floral hops. Well crafted, not cloying. Earthy and well rounded finish. Great work in making this one!

On tap at the Holiday Ale Fest 2007. Red/amber color, tall white head. Big hop nose, floral, pine, citrus. Finish is bitter, the floral hops are crisp and bright. Almost tea like quality to the finish from the hops. Very good imperial ipa.

Holiday Ale Fest... Ruby with a frothy, off-white head. Leafy hop aroma, well carbonated and flavors of caramelized hops and a great malt balance. Leafy herbs a with vegetable-like hop finish.
