Wheaty and flowery, maybe some spices - corriander? - it’s easy to mistake this for a weitzen, but with the added richness of a Marzen.

Oct 28, 2006 Bottle @ the German beer festival, One Pint, Helsinki. Sweet clove and cinnamon aroma. Very thick palate. Honey and hops in the flavour, long finish. Pale shady gold colour. A true surprise.

Dark honey golden color, small firm white head. Ashy, grassy nose. Grassy, medium-bodied, maybe slightly diacetylic flavor. Tettnanger aromatic hops used here according the bottle. Grassy, malty aftertaste.
