Flavor is similar with some clove. Typical hefe, with something bitter in aftertaste. whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 25, 2005 Hazy lemon body with a clean soapy white head. Floral, rose petal esters in the nose plus some wheat and light citrus notes. Fresh wheaty flavor with light nuttiness and a touch of banana and lemon. Smooth, medium body. Decent hefeweizen with no off notes or flaccid qualities like many wheat beers.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 18, 2005 Draft, hazy yellow. Light fruity and estery aroma, with some wheat malt notes. Similar flavors, although it may have been just a touch to clovy in balance. Decent enough hefe imo. wunderbier (1271), Tampere, Finland
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 30, 2005 Tap, downtown Atlanta. Hazy peach-yellow hue / white, creamy head. Banana baby food, spicey hops...wtf? Brown sugar? Okay? Anyway. Moderately sweet, lightly acidic flavor becomes a lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter finish. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: nice, but heavy on the bananas at the sacrafice of pretty much everything else. aracauna (2425), Georgia, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 11, 2003 This was an extremely pale hefeweizen, but it was nicely cloudy. The head was a bit wimpy which I consider a flaw for the style. The aroma was mostly clove and very little banana. The wheat hit you up front followed by more of the clove. The body lacks the creaminess that a good hefeweizen has. Still, I've had much worse attempts at the style and it was exceedingly drinkable. PorterPounder (3148), Tallahassee, Florida, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | May 30, 2005 On tap at their Buford, Ga. location. Pours a cloudy pale orange with a spongy white head and decent lacing. Aroma has some clove essence tot it with a bit of bubblegum and banana. Flavor has the same notes with some coriander spiciness noted in there. Average to above average brewpub Hefe. Thick mouthfeel. Good summer refresher. KUEric (635), Chevy Chase, Maryland, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Aug 23, 2007 Best beer of the night. Which means I didn’t have to chew my own vomit to finish it.
It actually wasn’t as bad as I’m amiking it sound.
It was below average at best. Look like a hefe should, dont they all? The flavor was certainly bland, but had a lot of bananas and a fiar amount of vanilla. Mouthfeel was a bit creamy. LilKem (1210), Marietta, Ohio, USA
