from beerangel.de - clear and bright pale golden colour, solid foamy white head; grassy aromatic hoppiness, decent malt body, some sweetness and quite rounded and clean palate, late and restrained bitterness before a long grassy and malty finish - very german

Bottled (Beerangel, BB 10/2009). Clear yellow color, small white head. Grassy rubbery aroma. Sweetish, straw-grassy flavor, buttery notes. Light earthy note in the finish. Simple, a bit unbalanced.

Bottle (from beerangel.de). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is honey, malts and some grass. Flavour is grass, mild rubber, some sweet malts. Not that exciting.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear golden with a white head. Clean, sweet and malty nose. Medium-bodied, sweetish malty with a pleasantly balancing bitterness. Some alcohol presence in the finish. Well crafted. 150109

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a white head. Mild cornish and hoppy aroma. Flavour is mild spiced hoppy, light cornish yet still smooth and dry and with an increasing bitterness into the finish. Ends dry.

Golden and clear with a pleasant hoppy aroma upon opening. Some sweetness and very refreshing.Well balanced and intersting. I really like this style so perhaps I am a bit biased.

Bottled, filtered, 500ml from Westholme Stores, Goring on Thames, Oxon. Pale gold with white head, fizzed. Initially not too bad, the first mouthful seemed sharp and dry, but this was misleading because after the initial CO2 burst the beer became too sweet and flabby, quite cereal grainy in character. Perhaps a touch of lemon hop in the finish, but nothing to grab interest. Disappointing.
