Commercial Description:

500ml swing-top bottle (BB.25.11.07) to celebrate a new edition of my latest book on early modern witchcraft. A bit unclear, dark amber body with a rocky, white foam, slowly reduced to a filmy head. Light aroma of caramel malts. Sweet and a rather tangy caramel taste throughout with vague hints of dark berries in the ending. Foamy mouthfeel and moderate carbonation (22.10.2007).

A hazy orange beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with a hint of alcohol, while the flavor besides being sweet malty has notes of caramel.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a slightly hazy amber with a handsome, creamy, off-white head leaving laces. Lightly malty nose. Medium body with distinctively sweet malt. Subdued bitterness. 250606
