Bottled. An unclear dark nut-brown beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, wheat, and caramel.

500 ml bottle. From Germany. Hazy dark brown colour with small off-white fluffy head. Banana, yeast, bread, wheat and caramel in aroma. Banana, vanilla, caramel and wheat in flavour.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. Pours cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma estery and wheaty. Estery fruity, dry wheaty. Banana and light note of oranges. Dry wheaty and estery finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Murky orangey brownish with an off-white head. Aroma of banana and yeast. Medium body, sweet banana accents, caramel, overripe fruit and yeast. Lightly phenollic finish. 230909

Murky medium grey amber orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, yeasty, caramel notes, light toffee, moderate yeasty, unripe banana. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090815]

Bottled (from beerangel.com). Deep orange-reddish-brown colour, mediumsized fluffy off-white head. Aroma is mild banana, much earth, some slight spices and also yeast. Flavour is quite much the same along with some sweetish malty notes. A bit dull.

Bottled (Beerangel, BB 07/2009). Murky orange-brown color, good cloudy beige head. Dusty, dry clove-peppery aroma. Spicey semisweet banana flavor. Some caramel, touch of hops. Nice refreshing dunkelweizen.
