<i>Draught at the brewpub</i><br />Hazy blond color. Simple aroma, the flavor is more crispy; the bitterness is high, but without specific hop character; the final (long) is very dry. Very simple.<br /><br />This is another brewery that should not exist; they bought a brewery that can brew 1000 litres at a time, 4x1000L fermenters, 6x2000L maturation tanks… just to find out that the people in the region are not ready for anything else than a blond lager. The young brewer is a nice guy, he comes from Dresden, but he said that his previous experience was "brewing with a computer" :o
