Pours mahogany into a tulip. Conglomerate off-white head. Sour apple starburst notes. Creamy with upfront caramel and lasting sweet toffee finish.

Dark black/brown with thick creamy light brown head. Smell was a caramel spicy aroma. Taste was caramel spice with a hint of nuts.

Poured into a Duvel glass. Poured a darker cherry red with a frothy dirty white head. Some lace left behind. Kind of an earthy dried leaf and mushroom aroma. The aroma gets a touch sweeter is it warms. Wish there was some more malty character, and maybe a touch of smoke. The flavor isn’t anything special either. Some earth dirty notes. A touch of chocolate. Pickly bitter finish. Lots of distracting carbonation.

Boittle. Pours dark brown with a nice head and delicate lacing. Aroma is an old barn that once housed spices and hay. Earthy tones in the nose as well. Very spicy flavor, with cinammony yeast being very noticeable. A bit of carrot seems to be in the finish somewhere. Very earthy and demanding. Palate presents a quickly fading flavor that leaves an acidic bitterness. It’s a little better than average.

It gives a very unique aroma of perfume and floral hops. Taste is very floral as well, reminds me of a garden

The aroma has floral hops, caramel malt, yeast, and fruit. The appearance is mahogany with a persistent head. The flavor is malty with toffee and fruit. The palate is OK. The aftertaste has a little chocolate. While this is good I was expecting more.

11.2 oz bottle. Fluffy tan head sits on a clear purple-brown. Leaves patches of lace. Malty, medicinal grape with butterscotch underneath. Light woody smoked raisins with some metallic sourness; carrot aftertaste. Medium light with light carb.
