Dark amber color with a light brown head. Sweet caramel and molassas aroma. Flavor of sweet fruit, some molassas notes, and mild spices.

Poured a reddish brown color with a nice initial head that laced well. Aroma was spicey, dark fruits, a bit medicinal. The flavor was of raisins, caramel malts, yeast, nuts, spices, and a touch of grass. Not your usual Belgian style beer, not a Scottish Ale. Not a great beer. Mouthfeel was moderately bodied with some carbonation. Overpriced beer for sure.

Mondial de la Bière de Montréal; This is one of the best Scotch Ale I ever drank. Nice brown color with foamy head. Taste of caramel and just the good tint of spice.

WOW, WOW, WOW!!! Deep amber/brown pour. Huge frothy, foamy, light, light brown head. I had to wait for the head to sink n the middle. Lacing completely covered the glass. Aroma was flat out earthy and malty. Flavor was earthy, malty, airy, and light. As it warmed I got notes of apple, orange and spices of cinnamon and all spice, especially in the aftertaste! Medium to full bodied. Alcohol well hidden. So smooth to drink. The was the BEST brew i’ve had in a while!!!

Pours muddy brown with a thin head that dissappears quickly. A masterpiece in smell with tones of cinnamon, anis, oranges and fruity tones from the yeast. It is medium to full-bodied. The tasting only enhances the aromatic pleasures. Stunning!

Cloudy brown color with a large ivory head. Aroma is a combination of yeast, spice, and oranges. Smooth with toffee malt flavors and an underlying acidity. Nicely balanced with the malt being accompanied by sweet fruit, yeast, and spice.

Bottled. Hazy amberish brown colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is sweet malts, caramel and yeast. Flavour is caramel, sweet malts and yeast, mixed in a very pleasant way. Hides the alcohol well.
