75 cl Bottle. Amber colour with a nice fizzy beige head. Spicy aroma with some notes of sweetness and fruity. Nice spicy malt flavour with a touch of bitterness at the end.

A malty sweet and sour aroma for this one. Rusty red body, tan fizzy head. Funny the head as it disipated made a sound as if you just lit a firecracker. Glad the glass didn’t blow up. Medium bodied brew with some mild bitterness and medium sweet and sour flavor. Smooth on palate alcohol hardly noticable.

Dark caramel brown with a small white head. Aroma is mild sweet caramel, brown suger and laight yeast. Flavor is a bitter ripe fruit, spice and yeast with a tangy finish.

A good amount of carbonation, with a light floral after-taste. Dark red in color with particulates left in the glass bottom. Minimal aroma, but perhaps a slight floral scent.

Very average beer. Very thin with little malty taste. Aroma had a malty hint, but still quite plain. One time the Belgians should stick to their own style, and leave the Scotch Ales to the Scottish, lol. Not aweful, but too many other good Scoth Ales to waste time with this one.

On tap. Darkish brown with small tan head. Aroma is raison, malty, with fruit. Flavor is not as caramel as I expected from a scotch. More fuity. Good but nothing special.

750ml - Pours very dark ruby red with a huge lasting (for me anyhow) off-white head.Aroma is sweet and malty and the taste is full of fruits and again malt,pleasantly surprised.
