Bottled. Pour is super fizzy with a cola like head. Dark orange. Aroma has a good bit of pumpkin and pie crust, though not too spicy. Mellow flavor, a bit spritzy but thin bodied, light pumpkin sweetness in the finish. Has a bit of slate flavor to it, but overall not too bad. Messy, vegetal finish. Bearable.

pours ruby brown with a skin of white. strong clove nose. cinnamon is apparent also with a sweetness. tastes better than walt looksbut not as good as a sweaty embrace from lump. allspice or nutmeg is really strong at first with a minty clove finish. nice caramel slightly wheaty backbone flavor i’d love to try this beer without the spice, but a bit more ascertive hop. could be a good session. a nice spice beer that i’d happily drink again. thanks, paul. 4 5 6 3 13

341 ml bottle, Medium head with a brown color. Spicy and sweet (cinnamon),tho the pumpkin wasn’t present enough to satify my need for a pumpin beer. Still, it goes down easy. Don’t drink too cold.

Darker brown with a orange tinge. Decent sized faint tan head. Aroma is strong of gingerbread, nutmeg cinnamon, clove and allspice. Flavour is rich with a pumpkin pie taste with the ginger, clove and nutmeg very noticeable. One of the richer, well balanced pumpkin ales.

Bouteille brune de 341 ml. Arômes puissants d’épices (cannelle, muscade, girofle et gingembre). Elle sent vraiment la tarte à la citrouille. Robe rousse, peu d’effervescence. Épicée en bouche, la base maltée est cependant relativement faible. Très peu d’arrière-goût. De mémoire, cette bière était meilleure lorsque très récemment brassée.

Definitely one of the better pumpkin beers I’ve had. Very subtly spiced, but the nutmeg and cinnamon hints are there. Smooth drinking, smells great! Nice little pumpkin kick as well.

Bouteille 341ml. De couleur cuivrée foncée et claire. Nez épicé (muscade, moyen d’anis, léger de cannelle, notes de pain d’épices, de clou de girofle et de gingembre), moyen de malt du genre biscuits sucrés avec des notes de caramel doux ainsi que des notes de houblon herbeux et de citrouille. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et croustillant ainsi qu’une texture légèrement crémeuse et aux petites notes huileuses. Goût épicé (muscade, moyen de pain d’épices et de clou de girofle, léger de cannelle piquante avec de petites notes d’anis et de gingembre, présentes toute la gorgée) avec un léger-moyen goût de citrouille lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût malté de biscuits légèrement sucré avec des notes de pain et de caramel doux puis au fil de la gorgée l’on assiste à un petit pic de pain d’épices qui s’estompe juste avant la finale, légèrement amère et asséchante de houblon herbeux et d’épices. Post-goût moyen, légèrement amer et sec de houblon herbeux avec un goût épicé (muscade, pain d’épices, cannelle) et un léger goût de citrouille.

Dark amber color, with a beige head, nice toasty, spicy nose with an intense spiciness of cinnamon, nutmeg, gingerbread and cloves, with a caramelized pumpkin pie aroma follows through on a medium-palate with a toasted, caramelized malt and a good spiced character of christmas spices, like nutmeg, cinnamon, gingerbread, clove, with a faint malt graininess, some sweet pumpkin flavors, leading towards a malty, spicy, fruity, faint hop bitterness finish.
