Nov 29, 2007 Bottle at Bieres et Saveurs Chambly. The color is orange with a thin off white head. The taste is a mix of spicies like cloves nutmeg and of pumpkin all mixed in to one, let us not forget also the malt. The aroma is the same but less intense.

Nov 18, 2007 Pours a clear dark orange color with a thin white head. Strong aroma of nutmeg, cinnamon and pumpkin. The flavor has more focus on the spices (nutmeg and cinnamon) than the pumpkin, it doesn’t have the balance that the aroma has and its definitely less interesting. The body is medium and oily while the carbonation is soft. Not bad but it could have been way better.

Oct 25, 2007 Bottle shared with mds, HogTownHarry, blankboy and tupalev - mds’s bottle. Dark copper-amber colour. Fantastic pumpkin pie aroma - clove, nutmeg, allspice - yum! Flavour is malty and spicy, with tingly clove notes coming through in the finish. Very good!

Oct 25, 2007 Bottle. St-Ambroise Citrouille. In person trade with Glougoburp, drank at tasting because I didn’t have room in my bag for it. Pours amber red with an off white ring head. Very nice sweet and spicy nose. Very spiced pumpking taste. A little too much.

Aroma: Yup, that’s pumpkiny alright, along with good amount of spices and backed by caramel malt. Nice spicy pumpkin flavour backed by caramel malt and a hint of hops. Medium bodied. Really good version of the style, well done!

Taste follows - tons of pumpkin spice, nice medium malt body - great stuff! Too bad about appearance - just plain copper with very little head and looks thin - otherwise, really flavourful!
