Limpid amber body with heavy carbonation and a decent off-white foamy/bubbly head. Malty/hoppy aroma with ginger and cinnamon hints. Taste is well balanced, but it lacks strength and complexity. It carries some spicy notes. Pumpkin flavors are barely detectable. Ends with a decent bitter/spicy finish. Interesting autumn ale. tomthompson89 (1488), Toronto, Ontario, Canada

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 28, 2009 Pretty spicy aroma with more subtle pumpkin notes. Very lightly sweet. A bit more pumpkin in the flavor. Nice. Like a nice cooked pumpkin dish more than a pumpkin pie. daboskabouter (1470), Fergus, Ontario, Canada

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 2, 2008 Aromas of cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and some nutmeg, it really smells like i just stuck my nose in a can of pumpkin pie mix. Flavor is a little more subtle, and delicate, just traces of those previous spices, a touch of malt in the end. A nice offering, but a little thin in the flavor category.
