Bottle courtesy of matt7215. Pours copper with a white head. Smells of fresh pumpkins, grass, hay, mellow pie spice. Tastes of pumpkin, some pie spice, full bodied.

Dark amber color, with a beige head, nice toasty, spicy nose with an intense spiciness of cinnamon, nutmeg, gingerbread and cloves, with a caramelized pumpkin pie aroma follows through on a medium-palate with a toasted, caramelized malt and a good spiced character of christmas spices, like nutmeg, cinnamon, gingerbread, clove, with a faint malt graininess, some sweet pumpkin flavors, leading towards a malty, spicy, fruity, faint hop bitterness finish.

Bottle at Bieres et Saveurs Chambly. The color is orange with a thin off white head. The taste is a mix of spicies like cloves nutmeg and of pumpkin all mixed in to one, let us not forget also the malt. The aroma is the same but less intense.

Bière légère brune avec un léger collet. Un goût sucré à la cannelle (pas désagréable).

This is the best pumpkin beer that I’ve ever had. Aroma is cinnamon and clove. I love the smell of cinnamon. Initial taste is crisp with a smooth texture. Most of the flavours come out in the aftertaste. Pumpkin spice, cinnamon and clove become very prominent and give a great mouthfeel. Great beer, can’t wait till next year!

Bottle (341ml). Via trade with Viper666 - I think I owe you some beer, man!. Exquisite colour - bright, deep, clear refractive burnished copper with a decent frothy-fizzy, somewhat quick-diminishing off-white head. VERY spicy aroma - nutmeg, cinnamon, anise, herbal hops and sweet malt - man, that’s nice. Pumpkin - yes, real and restrained, nice underlying caramel malt; again the cinnamon-nutmeg etc, but more hop bitterness, more floral than bitter, has a very nice sweet spice/bitter finish. Light, crisp body, dry and astringent on the palate, there’s spice (and sweet yeast) for days, that and a subtle bitterness are the legacy on the tongue. Excellent - wish I had more, very easy to drink several.
