2009-10-01. Dark amber brown body, modest beige head. 3+ Aroma is quite spicy, cinnamon, nutmeg/clove, and a food smell I can not quite place. 7+ Flavour is similar, pleasant spice melange, sweet mild malt base. 7+ Smooth average palate. Pleasant. 7/3/7/3/15+ 3.5 Bottle at C’est What

2008-10-XX. Dark amber brown body with a small off white head. Spicy aroma, prominent nutmeg. ( 7+ ) Sweet base, spice throughout, nutmeg is also prominent in the flavour and lingers pleasantly in the finish. Smooth medium bodied palate. ( 3+ ) Rather nice, I look forward to getting some more. 7+/3/7/3/15 - 3.5 Bottle at C’est What

July 2003. Orangey copper with a pumpkin pie aroma. Leans more towards the pumpkin pie spices than pumpkin itself. Very enjoyable. Will try it again. 6/3/6/3/14 - 3.2

Bottle. Poured clear dark orange color with an average off-white frothy head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Solid spicy pumpkin pie aroma. Moderate body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium pumpkin spicy sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Solid seasonal beer.

Bouteille 341ml.

[1751-20081003] 341mL bottle. Spiced pumpkin pie aroma has a hint of evergreen. Clear, red amber body with a long-lasting creamy off-white head. Spiced pumpkin cleaner fluid flavour has lots of pie and all spice. Medium body is a little spicy. Quite nice, great release time, tasty. (7/4/7/3/15) 3.6

Bouteille.

Definitely one of the better pumpkin beers I’ve had. Very subtly spiced, but the nutmeg and cinnamon hints are there. Smooth drinking, smells great! Nice little pumpkin kick as well.

Beautiful looking beer , coppery bright brown with a half inch pillowy cap. Cinnamon, clove and other spices come shining through. I most defiantly smell the pumpkin pie but no real raw pumpkin presence. Mmmmmm……cream cheese icing. Malty tasting with lots of spice the clove comes through stronger then cinnamon. There are hints of bitter in the finish. My wife claims to taste ginger snap and now that’s all I taste. This is by far the best pumpkin beer I’ve ever had.
