Commercial Description:
Brewed with Belgian malt and French hops, this ale is blended with a tasty addition of apricots and gently spiced with East Indian coriander which contributes a light orange/citrus like flavor. A wonderful, light refreshing ale.

Draught at the 2009 ABR. Good apricot flavor and aroma. Very light coriander. Thin palate, but good, medium sweet apricot flavor. Some malt. Fairly light, and a good palate cleanser.

On draught at the brewpub in St Cloud, Minnesota. Pours a clear golden ale brew with some visible side glass bubbles, an average sized white head that quickly dissipates to a white ring when severed very cold. Aroma of mild fruit scented soap a touch of apricots and toasted bread-like malts. Taste is light to medium bodied, some carbonation with flavors of toasted golden bread malt, dried apricots, some green vegetable, and some grassy hops. Finish has a light coriander seasoned aftertaste that still retains the apricot and a crisp toasted golden malt flavor.
