Commercial Description:
Our flagship beer is brewed with Belgian Pilsener malt and a clean U.S. hop variety named Crystal. This is our lightest beer and is a beer an American light lager drinkers will enjoy. Light malt character that is well balanced and smooth.

Very light, slightly bready nose. Not much taste here (typical of style) Flowery bread in a metal can finish. It’s not horrible but i couldn’tm drink more then one.

Served on draught at the brewpub in St. Cloud, Minnesota. Pours a clear golden straw brew with a fast dissolving white head that dissipates nearly clean with hardly a thin white ring. Aroma of light bready malt, some fruity esters and a touch of citrus zest with Crystal hop character. Taste is light bodied, lots of carbonation with a flavor of mostly Crystal hop/citrus zest, some light white bread malt and a touch of vanilla. Finish is semi-dry, slightly metallic from both Crystal hops and extra carbonation with a slight aftertaste of white bread malt and cirtus zest. A little thin compared to the Little Abbey Ale but I would enjoy this over a maco-brewery produced diet beer.
