(Draught) Pours a golden brown body with a small off-white head. Aroma of oak and light cherry sourness. Flavor of wood cask, light cocoa, and subtle tartness with dry finish.

GABF 2007: Poured a dark golden brown color with an off-white head. The aroma was tart and yeasty with a light roast to it. The flavor was nicely tart with a low acidity. Hints of chocolate mix in. Light to medium bodied.
