Sampled on draft at McCoys. A clear brown ale with a lasting white head and nice lacing. Its aroma is accented by floral hops, but along with the flavor, is dominated by crystal malts. Finished dry. Drinkable, but uninspired.

On tap at the brewpub. Crystal clear dark amber with some golden hues. Served with a thin tan head. Aromas of buttered toast, caramel and toffee. A touch of hops. The flavor is loaded with caramels and toast with a pleasing bitter finish. Full bodied and almost chewy. Easily ejoyable.

Malty, smooth and somewhat one dimensional. A micro's interp of Killians almost.

Wasn’t too impressed with this one. I had it on my 21st and was pretty loaded. Decent malt to it, but lacked a good balanced mouthfeel. Thier IPA was really tasty though. I will have to add it.

Medium orange/red color. Persistent head, fine carbonation. Slightly sweet, malty aroma. Toasted, caramel malt flavors dominate here. Some of the flavors were reminiscent of Redhook ESB. Mostly malt finish, too, but some hops there as well. Fairly balanced.
