Aug 3, 2006 Light to medium bodied, with a rock solid maltiness, that is slightly on the toasted side. Has a bit of lightly bitter, but herbal hoppiness. Decent.

Apr 26, 2006 On tap at the 2006 Best of the Midwest Brewers’ Festival. Pours a rich gold color with a generous white head. Not much in the aroma department. Has a flavor bolus of gypsum mid palate. Nice crisp bitterness to the finish.
