This draft brew poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized mostly lasting off-white colored bubbles excellent sheet lacing. The body contained no carbonation, was transparent and copper brown in color. Its aroma contained notes of very mild malt hop . Its mouth feel is initially tingly with a mellow palate and a hoppy aftertaste. Its flavor contained mild caramel hop notes. A very average brew.

Can. Some toffeish flavours. Typical pasteurised and artificially carbonated feel to it. Sufficiently lacking in most flavours to be relatively inoffensive.

Dark copper colour with a huge, off-white, long-lasting head. A faint, indecipherable aroma. The taste was metallic and somehow seemed rather old fashioned: it was thin and featureless like some of the popular British beers of the 70’s. Enjoyable nostalgia... unfortunately I still have three more cans to drink.

On tap at Highlander Pub, Ottawa. Dark copper body with light carbonation and thin off-white creamy head. Light malty aroma that lacks complexity. Fair malty/hoppy taste with light bready and roasty notes. Ends with a decent bitter finish.

Can. Distinct metal aroma. Copper colour with beige head. A slightly burned maltyness in flavor, but both flavor and finish is dominated by metal. Light bitterness in the end. (051011)

Am little, aromaless too, but the taste is a little spiciy and sweet at the same time. I like it, but the foam was not that yumi.

Haven’t tasted this for YEARS! Still a run of the mill malty/grainy beer, I suppose I’ve had worse, but that’s not much of a recommendation, is it? Probably be years before I taste this again.
