Amber color, not much of head. Really uninteresting beer with no aroma. Some flavor of malt, unfortunately a little chemical. Watery and not such pleasant palate.

Pours a clear amber color with almost no head. The aroma and flavor were malty and contained some chocolate and roasted tones. No characterisctics of an IPA. Not even a decent Scottish ale.

This beer poured a dark amber color with a moderate head and minimal lacing on the glass. The aroma was somewhat sweet, but nothing too wonderful to mention. The flavor was very sweet and, although not much of an IPA, it was very very good. I really enjoyed this beer and will have it again very soon.

Well I tried. Was on vacation and was in the mood for a refreshing IPA with a little bite to it. This was the only IPA in the store so I bought it. Wel ....it is a waste of money. not bad just average at best. No real hopps bite, aroma smells a little burnt and the head diminishes to nothingness quickly. Not an IPA

A bit of a phenolic taste and aroma to this. Slight, white, quickly dissipating head with little lacing. Looks like a glass of cold iced tea - a bit more bitter than that though. Flavor is slightly off - a bit phenolic, hard to swallow. Not the best Scottish Ale I have consumed - but overall not too bad - good for session purposes. Leaves a bad taste in the mouth though.

Had this one on draught. Clear amber body with little to nothing for a head. Very little aroma but smelled a little sweet. Nothing like any IPA I've ever had and no sign of hop aroma or bitterness one expects with this style. Very dissapointed, thin and watery with not much flavor. There won't be a next time for this brew.

Malty aroma with a bit of scotch. Light sour tang to the hops and a sour apple smell. Bit of underlying sweetness and malt vinegar. Fake light brown color and thin fizzy white head. Soft carb and light-medium watery body. Maybe a bad bottle, but I thought this stuff was pretty crappy. Weak, watery flavor - no sweetness and hops gave more of an acidic bitter tang than a well-rounded bitter/nutty component. Light bitter, unpleasant after. Worst IPA I've had to date.

(bottle) I wonder if I got a bad bottle of this or what. This had no flavor, I thought it tasted very much like water, with a slight tinge of beer in it. I only give it a 0.6 as I'd still rather have it than Coors lite.
