clear red-orange colour, fine head, pear and litchies in the nose, malty, sweet with a good body, robust bitter malty finish - fresh and subtle, a very nice beer

One of the best Italian beers. Although it tries to pass for an Irish Ale, in my opinion is a good example of how a Vienna should be.

Poured a medium copper amber brown under a smallish shortish lasting pale yellow head. Medium molasses malty sweet aroma with some fruitiness (peach?) as it warms. Medium bodied, slightly cloying on the sides of the mouth but not too bad. Medium strong biscuit and sweet molasses start. Light bitter roasted malt middle moving to medium bitter and back to sweet at the finish. Like jbrus says, makes a real change from all the fizzy yellow stuff you normally see in Italia!

Herbal and light fruity aroma. Orange color, beige head, good lace. Sweet, fruity, hoppy, herbal, medium body, quite drinkable. Nice change compared to other beers brewed in Italy.
