Commercial Description:
Not for everyone -- but if a rich, creamy, dark ale with a distinguished roast flavor appeals to your taste buds you will enjoy a pint of McGuire's Stout. To produce the sumptuous, creamy head we use a special nitrogen draft system. This robust brew is created with dark roasted barley and Chinook hops.

On draft at pub: Appearance is pitch black with tan head, aroma of just roasted barley, flavor pretty much like Guinness, pretty dry and not a ton of flavor and no hops. Decent beer.

sampler at brewpub, Destin, FL pours dark brown, beige head. aroma is malty, light hops taste, roasted malts, light hops with hints of barley. Roast remains highly present. Some bitterness with a warming finish. Smooth and tasty, plenty of good malts, roast and chocolate.

Draft at pub in Pensacola. Black with a fine foamy head. Toasted coffee and cocoa flavors. Not the creamiest body but still full bodied.

Dark brown. Creamy head (nitrogen). Nice chocolatey fudgey aroma. Rich, soft, sweet with an off-dry finish. Lots of chocolate, lightly toffeeish goodness.

"Irish Cream Stout." Deep almost opaque black. Brown head, lots of nitro lacing. Asphalt, cocoa, and subtle fruits. Creamy mouthfeel. Loads of cocoa, lingering dark chocolate finish. Yum.

on nitro-pours a retaining tan ring for a head that laces and black with red tint for color. Aroma is dark malt-roasty, dry. Taste is dark malt-roasty/some chocolate and coffee, dry, some earthy/chicory hops bite. Nice but not my style.

On tap at the brewpub. Pour black with a big creamy tan head. Basic roasted, charred aroma. Very roasted and creamy flavor. Fuller body with light carbonation. Dry finish. Not a bad beer.
