Commercial Description:
Each batch of this light, fruity ale is made with 84 lbs. of raspberries puree. It has a brilliant pinkish tint and a hint of natural raspberry tartness. Introduced in the Spring of '94, it was so popular that we now brew it year 'round.

Pours a transparent pinkish purple with little head. Fairly thin beer with strong hints of raspberry and blackberry. This beer seems pretty week but is subtly very good.

Draught at the pub in P’cola. Pinkish hazy in glass. Aroma is fruity. Flavor is nicely done raspeberry blended well with grain. I enjoyed this one.

On tap at the Florida Brewers Guild BeerFest 2009. Pours copper with a hue of rose and respectable head that is mostly white with a slight tint of pink. The aroma is sweet sticky raspberry extract to go along with sugary sweetness. The taste starts with mild sweet malts then turning toward sweet berry-ness and a modest amount of berry skin tartness. It really dries out into the finish. The nose made it seem like it would be a sticky sweet extract mess of a beer but it certainly doesn’t turn out that way. I didn’t get any wheat in this thing though. Where’d it go?

Bright, light amber colour. Light raspberry aroma. Clean raspberry taste. Fresh and fruity, with a quick finish. Good for what it is.

Clear amber to copper, off-white head. Jammy aroma. Lots of fruit. Low carbonation, thin finish. Some tartness and natural seed flavors prevent it from being too sweet and it’s better than expected.

Draught in pint glass at Destin location. Still looking beer, clear golden colour with a tint of red. Aroma is rather perfumey, not necessarily fruity. Flavour is bland that finishes with a hint of berry. Nothing special but not bad.
