Bright, light amber colour. Light raspberry aroma. Clean raspberry taste. Fresh and fruity, with a quick finish. Good for what it is.

Light amber color. Raspberry syrup present in both the aroma and flavor, but only brushingly. Little wheat character. Good choice of girls or wussy boys who don’t really like beer.

On tap at the Florida Brewers Guild BeerFest 2009. Pours copper with a hue of rose and respectable head that is mostly white with a slight tint of pink. The aroma is sweet sticky raspberry extract to go along with sugary sweetness. The taste starts with mild sweet malts then turning toward sweet berry-ness and a modest amount of berry skin tartness. It really dries out into the finish. The nose made it seem like it would be a sticky sweet extract mess of a beer but it certainly doesn’t turn out that way. I didn’t get any wheat in this thing though. Where’d it go?

Clear amber to copper, off-white head. Jammy aroma. Lots of fruit. Low carbonation, thin finish. Some tartness and natural seed flavors prevent it from being too sweet and it’s better than expected.

The aroma has raspberries and malt. The appearance is lifeless and a bit red. The flavor is like the aroma and a bit acidic. Thin palate. The aroma is not bad but the flavor is a bit off, still this is pretty good.

Blah, too much raspberry. How can I rate this fruit beer? No wheat character, all lost to the fruit in both aroma and flavor. Well, the lacing was pretty nice, along with a decent initial head. Really pink color was a turn off. Only plus, was a notable hops presence. Not a good beer. Note: by recommendation of the server, I tried this with the porter (not a black and tan, both beers mixed quite well) and found that there is a good use of this beer. The concoction exceeded Weyerbacher’s and Magic Hat’s raspberry / stout style brews.

Huge aroma of artifial berryesque sweetness. Tea colored leaning toward an almost amber color. Extrememly watery foretaste. Cereal and berry flavoring in the middle and after taste. Kinda yucky.
