Appears a glowing golden orange with a small amount of bubbles rising to the top and a mild white head that quickly fades into a gentle collar. Tiny streaks of lacing are left around the glass.
Smell is of a dark fruit basket that contains some melted sugary hard candy and some mild honey smacked apricots. There is also a funky skunk-like yeast ester buried in the background that doesn’t seem to be causing too much damage.
Taste is of the same aromas with a mild banana note coming through with the candy, honey, and fruityness.
Mouthfeel is dry, mildly sweet, yeasty, and definitely Belgian. Mildly thin finish. hopdog (5561), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
