Poured a somewhat hazy red/brown color with a nice off-white foamy head. The aroma is big honey with some sweet grains and spices. The flaovr was mostly dominated by sweet honey, with some pretty nice farmhouse notes, dark fruits and spices with a bitey finish. I was quite surprised by this one.

On draft at Malvern location. Poured a copper color with a beige head. Aroma was sweet with honey and a tad spicy. Taste was of spices, candy sugar, honey, with a touch of farmhouse yeast present. The finish was quite a bit spicy and showed the alcohol a little.

Poured a lightly hazy dark amber color with a medium sized, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet honey, farmhouse, light spices, hay, and alcohol. Taste was equally sweet, with more spices, honey, caramel malts, dry yeast, and a rather strong alcohol burn. Interesting take on a biere de garde, I kinda liked it.

Tap at Malvern. Pours out a nice reddish amber/copper color with a small white head. Aroma is sweet with slight spice and fruit. Flavor is complex, nice full mouthfeel, honey with some spice, fruit, yeast, some caramel and a dry alcoholic finish. I liked it

On tap at Malvern location. Pours a hazy deeper amber with some golden notes and medium bubbly/foamy off white head that left some lacing. Aroma of malty sweet grains, honey, some light spicing, Cheerios, yeast and a touch of some dark fruits. Flavor of raisins, some dark fruits, candi sugar, Belgian fruity esters, some various spices, honey and a touch of alcohol…but kind of hard to pinpoint.

As cold as I got this one it still gushed a little. I liked the richness and spice of this. The body was really nice and had nice head retention and quite a bit of carbonation but was not too much. Very sweet and malty almost a touch of maolasses. Saison type spice for me but a little more bite at the end like rye or clove. Very good.

Courtesy of kmweaver. Cloudy amber body with a large off-white head. The nose is dough, caramel, cookie dough, golden fruits and herbs. The flavor is estery with bananas, golden raisins, herbs, honey and bread. Medium/full body is round with moderate carbonation.
