Poured a golden color with a small, white head that quickly diminished to nothing, leaving no lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet malt, dough, some straw, and light citrus / grassy hops. Taste of toasted malts, grains, and finishing with a dry, lightly bitter, hop finish.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours gold, with minimal head. Aroma of malt, some hops, slight honey. Tastes crisp, malty, with finishing hints of citrus, slight hops, and honey.

Draught: Poured light yellow with a clear body, a small diminishing white head, and spare lacing. Light, thin body with average carbonation. Flavor was lightly sweet and acidic, and moderatly bitter. Tasted of hay and meal malts, light hops, cardbord, dust, and chalk. Easy to drink, but I do not want to. Unbalanced. Overall, not a very good helles.
