Goodgrief (1144), Middletown, Delaware, USA Mar 10, 2008 Aug. 2007 - I know these English styled beers are less carbonated, but this beer was almost completely flat. Orange pour, no head or lacing. This beer actually had a pretty nice flavor profile...crisp English type hops over a slightly bready malt base. Thin mouthfeel and a bit weak...and served WAY too cold. DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA Feb 28, 2008 Draft at Chadds Ford. Poured dark straw to copper with off-white head. Aroma was lemongrassy hops, tannic malt, some citrus, and some floral notes. Medium palate with a crisp citric hop bite coupled with some tannic, pseudo British tasting malts and yeast. hopdog (5525), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 14, 2007 On tap at the Chadds Ford location. Poured a medium amber color with an averaged sized, frothy off white head. Aromas of floral, light grassiness, tea, and light citrus. Tastes of tea, caramel, floral, and had a light underlying fruitiness.
