Apr 30, 2007 On tap at the Blue Moon McMenamins. Pours dark mahogany with a strong tan head. Very sweet aroma and flavor with a bit of hops to try to balance, but stayed sweet through the finish. Although you could taste the alcohol, it wasn’t overpowering, only minor excess alochol hints in the finish. Caramel flavors mixed with a light toasted bready flavor combine with citrus hops.
