On tap@McMenamins Grand Lodge. Dark reddish brown body with a thin off-white head. Slightly roasted malt and fruity aroma. Fruity, refreshing and sweet malty flavor. Balanced bitter on the lighter side, but extremely easy drinkable and definitively decent.

Sep 19, 2008 Draft@Dad Watsons. Mostly clear amber with a frothy head. Fairly mild aroma is pale malt grist and floral hops. medium body. Nice flavor is mildly sweet pale malts with some floral hops. Has a nicely bitter finish. A nice pale here.

Sep 3, 2008 On tap at McMenamins on Columbia. Reddish-orange with a wafer-thin head. Tasty local hops, but the pieces didn’t quite come together for my tastes.

Aug 24, 2008 7/18/08 On draught at the Kennedy School. Aroma is a fairly even PNW hops and caramel sweetness. Appearance is light hazy copper with a low white head. Flavor is sweet, sugary malt forward with slight sourness but no grain or caramel character. Bittering is very low. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, somewhat creamy, with a low carb texture. Overall, this just needs better hop balance and more appropriate texture.

Aug 20, 2008 Tasted at the Powerstation at the Edgefield resort. medium brown and hazy. Hop aroma and not much else. Very fruity flavor, with a definite sweetness. Uncharacteristic of many pale ales.

Red colored brew. Floral aroma, hoppy. Malty pale ale, a bit dull.
