Sample - North American Organic Brewers Festival - Portland, OR
Aroma – Nice malty aroma with a light fruitiness.
Appearance – Amber in color with a nice head and clear.
Flavor – Good malt flavor the Maibock flavor with the fruit hint was very subtle and nice.
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, Fruity texture with a nice dry finish.
Overall – This was a decent attempt at a Maibock. Had some good flavors and added spices and extra fruit malts.
